Born in Philadelphia, she worked as a painter and printmaker and was known for her use of silkscreen as one of the founders of the NATIONAL SERIGRAPH SOCIETY ---a very underrated artist---please note that a catalogue raisonne of the artist's prints was compiled by David Acton in 1993
