Foote, H. Gilbert

(1896-1986)

Born in Texas, he grew up in Oklahoma. He studied art at the Chicago Art Institute c. 1920-30 and then worked as a commercial artist in the Chicago area. He produced some woodblock prints but they are rarely seen for sale,.
