Massey, Hubert

(Born 1958)

Born in Flint, Michigan Hubert Massey received his undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State. He has worked as an artist for well over 35 years and is one of the few exponents of the fresco technique as a muralist. He has had commissions all over the United States and is a major figure in today's African-American art scene.
