Location:  River Pavilion at the Javits Center

THE FINEST PRINT FAIR OF ITS TYPE IN THE WORLD-----------We will be featuring a large group of 20th century international color woodcuts & linocuts including work by George Bottini, Frank Morley Fletcher, Ada Gilmore, Mabel Hewitt, Edna Boies Hopkins, Ethel Mars, Margaret Patterson, Luigi Rist, Wuanita Smith, Maude Hunt Squire, and Carl Thiemann. ---- This year we will have many new WPA works mostly done for the New York City Project-----We will also have our finest selection ever of early social realist works from the 1930's including many works by George Bellows, Thomas Hart Benton, Glenn O. Coleman, Howard Cook, Mabel Dwight, Don Freeman, Isac Friedlander, Wanda Gag, Martin Lewis, Louis Lozowick, Harry Mack, Kyra Markham, Angelo Pinto, John Sloan, Raphael Soyer,(EARLY HAND COLORED LITHOGRAPHS), Benton Spruance, and Grant Wood. FLINT PRINT FAIR
Location:  Flint Institute of Arts,1120 Kearsley Street, Flint, MI

This select show at the Flint Institute of Arts offers collectors in Southeast Michigan and beyond to see several national dealers with a selection of prints from old masters to contemporary. As always, we will have large offerings of American scene and New York City prints of the 1930’s and 1940’s with important work by artists such as Avery, Bacon, Cadmus, Cook, Curry, Dwight, Gag, Gwathmey, Kent, Leighton, Martin Lewis, Lozowick, Marsh, Nesbitt, Nichols, Sloan, and their contemporaries. In all we will be bringing well over 1000 prints. We will also feature works by contemporary artists Kate Hanlon and Karen Whitman. African-American images and artists is also a specialty and we will have a large selection of this work.
